The most obvious was removed smoke detectors; the other glaring issues were the p-trap was missing from kitchen sink, crayon all over the walls, plenty of dirt on the floor, hole in the drywall from the tenant being pushed into it by her felony-background boyfriend who was living there - I could go on.
