@Shalom Benton yes, all the assets were within the same LLC and lien free, but of the few loan applications I had sent out I had not seen any that didn't require my personal guarantee at that point.

A lot of those new inspection laws were put in place for construction safety, all in response to building collapsing's and high reports of property damage.Mainly dealing with development teardowns and excavations but if you see that as a con, every state or city is going to have one whether its high property taxes, friendly tenant laws, no appreciation, red tape.. etc.

I had an S Corp for my IT business, an LLC for my Auto Repair business, and a C Corp set up for my real estate management.While in my mind I need a real estate management business, when I did the papers to establish the management company, one question on the application is what type of business is the entity engaged in, and it clearly states if the company is engaged in anything requiring a license, I must submit a copy of the license, and I do not have a broker's license that entitled me to engage in property management.
