Age is against me.

The age of the house not only means that you will have many many issues, it also means that touching anything will likely trigger code upgrades.  

If they have school age kids I always expire in a month that school is out, which benefits both of us.

I feel that knowledge is one of the most valuable items you can have in this day and age, and the more books I read, and the more podcasts I listen to, and the more people I speak with, the more I have a desire to gain more knowledge from people who know more than me. 2017 will be a good year, I have made the goal to buy my first rental property this year and to get started in the large world of real estate investing.

My real estate strategy when I started at age 32 is going to be much different as I get older. 

They look like they might be old fir floors and if there are areas with paint the professionals usually will not sand them because of the age and lead paint.
