Can anyone advise if there is another conventional product in the market that allows financing existing property earlier then 6 months after purchase? 

Hotel even in San Juan are mostly on generator so no elevator service. 

The only thing he requires right now is that i pay a large down-payment towards house number 2. all 4 of them would go live in this new house and i would rent house 1 to some working professionals i know are going to be relocated later this year.Anyway it seems hard to conceptualize this logistically so if this is advisable please offer any guidance. the other option was just to continue to save like normal and he will rent this house to strangers so we all have to make moves this year regardless of the decision i just figured i keep the house and start building equity.Thanks in advance

@Charles Wang Yes, you will have to pay the $800 minimum franchise tax insofar as your S corp does not generate taxable income that would cause your franchise tax to be above $800.

House as a rental property for the first time, any advise?

Any tricks or advise would be appreciated. 

It cost around $185K, and as a vacation rental it generates $60K gross per year on sites like Airbnb. 

All the investors that I want to be like advise against it and I agree with them.
