Expecting to succeed without a good foundation is what causes people to keep dreaming big but not making it.Yes, college is expensive but its a closer path to regular income than a regular job.Unless you have rich parents who will help you get a business out of high school, you have to earn your money the hard way, and that's typically through a job.

Here is what I know and I'll post pictures soon as he is going to email them.2/1 12x70Needs floor work in kitchen and living room, outer pane of glass broke in kitchen causing leak, roof needs new coat of Cool Seal (3yrs since done), leak in roof caused floor damage in living room before seal was done, LR and Hall carpet cleaned/replaced, will Not come with heat/air, will Not come with appliances.I will have to move the property because they purchased a new MH.

I have a great maintenance man who does clean outs and repairs when a tenant moves, and acts as my eyes and ears around the park.

Hey guys, I have searched and found quite a few topics that discuss Auction.com, but have not read anywhere where someone has gotten a house under contract and found a cash buyer to assign it to through Auction.com.An employee from the site has reached out to me for awhile about putting my deals on there, and seems to fully understand the wholesale process and says they regularly do them.Does anyone have any experiences or thoughts?

If you can stick to those areas, I honestly believe an individual with a full time job and a spouse that is helping can do 25 to 30 houses on their own.That is also assuming that you don't do any of the cleaning, repairs, etc.

I would borrow all the money for the projects, keep the 8,000 for emergencies, or to live on until house sale payday, unless you have a job with regular income.

Should an HOA be allowed to give credit to owners that are able to participate in a clean up day exempting them from a special assessment while assessing the rest of the owners that do not or, more important, cannot participate (whether they have to work on that day or are disabled)?
