Deny them based on his credit and eviction.The next place they apply, they will probably just not tell the landlord about the baby daddy, and he'll just move in after she gets approved.  

I had a somewhat similar (though not quite on point) situation last year...tenants were husband, wife, and newborn baby.  

On monday i am calling the Child protection services on these people for smoking that dope around her baby, who I think is a drug baby because she screams at the top of her lungs for minutes at a time.. some times for over an hour.  

They become babies and they revert back to the TESTING PHASE.

Not very many of us skip the “baby steps.”

The key I learned is baby steps.

My wife and I lived there previously and we had a dog and a baby which took somewhat of a toll.

But I will give them a gift for a major life event such as first baby, wedding.

I gladly welcome real service dogs, just not the scammers with baby pits...)
