I've read one or two books on real estate, but my friend says its all about experience.My goal is to make side money in investing while i am going to be in college 1st after this summer, and if I see a bigger goal in real estate than just making side money, im going to go after it!

:-)BAC - Bank of America - Very good dividends, promising bank nationwide, not much of Subprime lending/securities compared to other banks, good PE, stock price is about 1.5 times the book valueWM - Washington Mutual - Well, when everyone wants out of Financials thats the right time to get in.

There are also books, and if you want to spend the money, guru courses and bootcamps that teach this stuff.

Even Robinson talks about that in his book.

It seems low maintenance- just book the times- take the calls and have someone collect- I would probably have to pay someone to pick up checks and take calls- i.e. answering services.
