If the house is sold, the added fret of dealing with the new owners is very traumatic on already bothered homeowners, who may feel that all is lost and must leave the property at all cost.

Never disclose personal assets unless you are forced to personally guarantee a loan which is the most foolish thing you can do.The lender wants to know about lots and lots of assets sure but it does not affect their underwriting decision.

It is about 1 mile from my house, great neigborhood and all.the rent on the place is suppose to increase to $750 a month tax is about $6000 a year.what would you guys pay for this place... they want 10% down at the time of the auction... can anyone help me with what to do... such as finincialing and all...I am thinking $550K would be a good price... hopefully can get it cheaper...let me know guys
