There was a brief period a couple of years ago where demand was out-pacing supply by a large margin, but that has calmed down.

For my personal home, I went cheap and bought nice but inexpensive Costco tub that runs on 110v, takes 1-2 days to come up to temp depending on time of year, and I had no perspective on the speed of 220v units. 

I reminded him he signed a document with the trust attorney indicating he was good with the terms (it was also ~2 years after the sale had closed).  

Think about how you will use that data besides just scratching an itch and decide if it is worthwhile.For example, if you have a lease for $2,000 per month, how important is it to look back over the past couple years to see how much the tenant paid each month versus what your property manager already provides and knowing you got $24,000 in rent last year?

@Karolina Powell- My CPA filed my returns in the years that I purchased my properties, and I provided him all the info as to purchase price, closing costs, improvements, ect. over the years. 

So many investors lose thousands, or even tens of thousands, every year through poor management of their property.
