I was wondering what are some creative ways to buy the property? 

I was looking into Cozy but was wondering what everyone else uses and what they would recommend? 

Granted, BP has lots of wonderful tools for us to use, but with over 1.7 million members it seems like we should be able to work some type of deal with Quickbooks to give members, or even just Pro members a discounted price.

Was wondering if I'm looking to acquire out of state commercial real estate, Should the attorney be from the same state as the property?  

I have a fully paid off duplex and wondering what the best path to go down in regards to funding. 

I’d like to consider wire transfers, Venmo, PayPal Payments Advanced, etc. im wondering what others are using to avoid these high merchant fees.

If its not a finished space meant for living, I would also not be allowing them to use it as a bedroom.
