yeah i left 307 last spring (middle of 2nd winter, lol) to texas and HAD to get a new phone and was having trouble keeping my 307 # but now i am back and looking to get into real estate as a realtor before investing as to fix some personal bumps to make future transitions easier.

It was almost unmanageable in the fall and winter.

Make sure to increase prices a little on the days big events are going on or holidays when people travel.

I recently redid the entire roof of an addition, ice shield over the entire 15x20 roof & extra work caulking etc around the 5 year old skylight & after the winter freeze & thaw it leaked.

I've had quite a few friends lease cabins in Skykomish for the winter.

People don't want to move in the winter and kids are in school.

What usually happens in late winter/early spring (Feb-April) happened 2 months later.

Mainly due to aloe of power and natural gas use age in the winter months.But I’ve had issues with paid utilities before and that will probably be a deal breaker if I can’t drop the leases and resign with them paying utilities.Also note: the rental rates I’m going to change the lease to; is very good for my area and not at all unreasonable.
