All snuggles and cuddles but bring up the "green" and that can change faster than Trump can send out a tweet, particularly with all the challenges that arise AFTER the wedding.

I can cite numerous occasions where multiple people died due to landlords “providing safe housing” Obviously it is in the publics best interest to ensure housing is safe  And before someone jumps up and yells “then do it to owner occupied too”  there is a large difference between an owner chosing to not repair their own dwelling and a landlord not maintaining a dwelling so OTHERS  get killed  I also so far have not read any convincing argument that shows me that a safety inspection is = search and seizure   Might be worth a read: https://www.americanbar.org/content/dam/aba/images...
