@Konrad R. once you take a look at the property as you have, try to estimate a worst case rehab estimate and if the numbers still work, bid on it.Usually the discounts for these properties is higher, so rehab budgets can be bigger.

@LaSean Smith I ended up going with H & R Drywall for this project - http://www.hrdrywallservice.com.During the job I needed a call out a couple things for them to fix, but they were very responsive and ended up doing a great job.
