If someone says it is an "assignment" contract, they have to disclose their fee.Let's just think about that for a second.If he is getting paid by the seller directly, fine, no problem.If he wants to double close, fine, no problem.If he says assignment, then what is the fee to buy the cotract, if I move forward.There is no other way to cut it unless there is a new technique I don't know about.If I negotiate on the entire price, it will affect his fee regardless, unless he is earning a percentage from the seller.Let me pose this to everyone who has responded which I find odd.
