My husband & I have committed to NOT live the way our parents lived and to teach our boys differently as well.  

My new job is somewhat demanding (left work at around 330am for past 3 days), so while I am able to teach myself about rei remotely, I'm not physically available to look at properties and analyze deals in person because I'm at my desk at work all day.

Maybe you can teach us some great things too!

Honestly I have not been to an rei meetup for well over a year and that was to teach a hud class. 

So here's our proposal: I will find a property I believe to have a quick turn around, you finance it (upon your approval) she & I will do all labor free of charge, we find a buyer (or you) sell it & you keep all the profit in trade for teaching us how to do it on our own.

All of these RE Brokerages have on boarding where they teach you how to be an "INSERT OFFICE NAME" Realtor.
