Honestly I stay away from here, I'm sure there is value there for the right landlord.The north end is where you start to get student rentals and the cash flow is really good.. only problem is trying to find a property.

I think we have about 45 to 50,000 college students in this town, 6 colleges and a state university. 3 large bars maybe what you're looking at, but probably larger.
