Hello BP,Does anyone know banks besides Pentagon Federal that will do a cash out refinance or Home Equity loan on a single family rental in MIssissippi.

So, a single-family vs multi, less sq footage vs more sq footage (or vice versa), single-story instead of multistory, different area of town.  

A single older guy moved out of a 2nd floor apartment.

I currently reside in a house with an apartment attached that is being rented out, and I own another single family residence I rent.  

You could not cook a Thanksgiving turkey in that kitchen, but it would be perfectly fine for most single people.

Yes, you are still protected as a single-member LLC... as long as you actually are a separate entity.
