If you are seeking an investment loan you will either use a local commercial bank or wholesaler DSCR lender. 750 credit is great - LTV and DSCR score will play the larger factor here. 1-4 family you can find DSCR programs for 80ltv. 5+ units you will most likely be confined to 75ltv (25% down).
