Cost seg is some secret magic voodoo that creates tax deductions out of thin air.It does not.

It's not a secret.  

I am in Ontario invest in Detroit and toledo  secret to both  is a great team on the ground.

Its not a secret its right there for the taking. 

It took me a few months to do all the above but I'm glad I did it because I don't have to listen to a bunch of outsiders who know very little about this special secret tax code and trash permanent life policy or a bunch of insiders whose interest is to sell me policies so they can make money on me. 

Or is it that you do in fact secretly hate wholesalers but still choose to help them anyway because you have found a way to profit off of them?  

And that is the secret of being a successful flipper.

Some are lucky.Some are lying.Some are really good at what they do.Too many factors to nail it down to a secret sauce that can be repeated by anyone.
