As a step by step answer I would just remind you if you need any cash you should refinance your current home "prior" to moving out and transitioning into a rental. 

It kind of reminds me of Turlock, about the same size and feel, except for the chickens of course (if your in YC you know what I mean :) ) It would seems that folks working SAC and bay area may purchase here to make their commute.

I also setup reminders to go back around in 1 month.

I just don't know what that balance is & get annoyed when folks want to end legitimate aid to avoid some getting a "free ride".It reminds me of hanging out at the cotton gin after working in the fields and hearing landowners ***** about the food stamps some of their laborers received.

I also use Guesty to Automate my cleaning schedule, so my cleaners get automatic email and text reminder everytime there is a check in/out coming up, so that they dont forget, along with any other notes I want to leave them.
