It seems that you have not been able to secure stable employment outside of military service and have proven time and again that your investment strategies have not worked out. 

This is a real estate forum and DSTs are a proven successful strategy for some investors. 

However, California still recognizes non-payment of rent as a valid and fairly quick reason to evict. 

Hi All,I am looking for any leads on someone who might know any companies/people (preferably local but really any) who would qualify a loan based on real estate holdings and rental income rather than proven income. 

There's more to it than that, but any idea can be proven right or wrong by simply having a better argument.

I believe the only reason he answered last time was because he didn't recognize the number. 

You have to sift through a few of them find a good one.But here is the thing -- a wholesaler needs a proven buyer than can close. 

If you consistently analyze properties, it will be much easier to recognize a good deal when it shows up.5.
