Yes you are paying an extra fee and tax but I’ve yet to see a property where it made a cash flowing property turn negative.

In other words, he built on to the back of the home (not visible from the road) and apparently did not get building permits and has been paying the property taxes on the original floor plan before the addition.

Some of their installers do not pull permits and such but you can pull your own permits.
