So if you are talking about buying a 6 to 20 unit building I would stick to Abilene.

I've met with a few brokers and most are hesitant to lease up small space and curious if others have been successful and what product they are using to source / find demand for mirco units.

I did call HomeAway and theirs is more for 25+ units (it's $7k setup and $500/month). 

At this point things do not seem contentious, and having a verbal dialog in person inside the rental unit might give you an idea of where you stand in getting your deposit back.What I mean is showing the pictures in person to the owner while the owner is standing in front of the place the picture was taken when you moved in well before you move out.Good Luck

Has anyone sold a 5+ unit ADU project in San Diego on residential zoning (RS)? 

I am looking for light value-add Class B small multifamily 2-4 units in Houston TX, preferably Friendswood, Webster, Pearland, League City or nearby areas that can be positioned as Mid Term or Short Term Rental.  

By my rough calculations, our goals would put us at 15 units, but like Jonathan said not that it matters.

We are planning to live in the owner's unit and tenants above have lease that is expiring mid 2024.
