@Mike Greenberg - I think it might be interesting to evaluate performance of minimum stays in an area, maybe partitioned by weekday / weekend minimum stays and possibly all bed/bath combos.This leads to the question of, If you had perfect knowledge of optimal minimum stays for your market, would you assign those minimum stay values to your listing?

I set up a deal with a local pizza joint that I would print up a ton of flyers with their menu on half of the page and my advertisement on the other half.

There, in a menu, you will see "Real Estate Tools".

My guess is that you're way over-thinking things...Mortgage lending (and credit, in general) is tighter than it's been in 50 years, unemployment is high, optimism about the economy is low, and in general, people don't have a whole lot of disposal income.

So pick a lane, and than optimize that vehicle to best dominate in that lane.

I think equity capital financing for seed capital is the optimal route to take.

We were ultimately trying to figure out if it made sense to go with her parents high price CPA firm so that they could see the whole picture or if that was necessary/possible as far optimizing deductions between her and her parents.Thank you again!
