However if you try to change these things then the Lender would be notified and I would try not to raise questions and chance them triggering due on sale.

It might trigger the "due on sale clause" though.2 - Portfolio Loans sound great, but this doesn't improve your debt to Income ratio...just the number of loans (maybe).

In addition to the contacts Harry sends you, I would look also call the Customer Service center (you may be on hold for 15-20 minutes) and ask someone to see where in the process your file is.My observation has been that Sage is VERY segmented and relies on specific "email queues" and "file name conventions" to trigger each step of a long process.
