@David Friedman I love this.You have huge parking options.You have two arts and cultural destinations there.I think your idea of attracting a restaurant is a great idea to help with the place making of that corner. 

My team and I are looking to partner with muti family investors around the  country, whatever it looks like, we specialize in acquisitions and have been wholesaling for about 5 years, we would like to start as equality partners and bring deals to others we have systems to hit a lot of leads and experience in talking with all kind of seller's, we would love to bring vulve to others and slowly build up and eventually be full  time in real estate.

I've owned old houses and love them....but they can have that 'old house odor'.

I wouldn't love it if that happened, but I could do it.I called up these same lenders and asked to go through any notes for sale.

I would personally love to mentor someone, but I would only do it if I knew they were 100% committed for the long haul and you better believe they would have to do some work.Mentorship isn't about finding a great mentor.
