I’ve been hearing and watching some things on wholesaling, but how would I get started exactly?

@Anthony Carbajal I've only loosely been watching that data point, and I haven't been saving the numbers.  

I could back out and watch someone else come in and pay full or at least more than I would’ve but then I’m left in the same predicament, in a house I want out of and no rental property.

There are deals out there that I have known will make money and I hesitate for some reason and I watch as others flip them into a profit.

I watched the stop market go way down thinking that my properties would be fine.It's actually a triple whammy, my official day job is doing pre-employment drug screens on the refinery contractors.
