You best increases are flooring, kitchens and bathrooms .

Hi all,Was browsing new listings this morning and saw a home on the market that looked really great....aside from the giant hole in the ceiling over the kitchen!

Lower unit: new floors, texture and paint walls, new light and plumbing fixtures, new doorsUpper unit: making a larger kitchen with an open concept living dining and kitchen, new floors, rock, tape and paint throughout, new trim and doors, new cabinets and new bathroom New windows and siding, 12x12 decorative concrete patio for each unit, new concrete floor in garage, new driveway, removing elec baseboard heat and putting naturally gas forced air in both units.

In mid April I ordered new cabinets for kitchen, laundry room, and both baths.....they just arrived 7/6/20.

In my houses, I make sure kitchens and baths have all romex circuits (grounded) and then try & add one grounded circuit per room to supplement the ungrounded knob & tube.  

Today I received a codes violation stating the lower units kitchen was not permitted. 

Wondered if anyone has found a good quality, mid priced kitchen cabinet that comes in blue.

There was some reno on the property just before it was put on the market but nothing fundamental (kitchen remodeled, hardwood refinished, new paint inside-out, roof repaired, HVAC repaired).
