Hello BP Family,Does anyone here at BP ever own a single tenant building with a tenant being a Dry Cleaner?

It's about 600 sq ft and it's all dry walled, with cement flooring. 

Also, make sure that basement is completely dry and stays dry.

We are more than half way done, dry wall up, but have been moving very slow.

If you're sure of a crash, than make sure you have some dry powder ($$$) to buy some more sick deals.
