For any realtors out there I wanted your perspective on obtaining my real estate license while I am in college so once I graduate I could potentially get right into working with a brokerage.I feel like this is something that I could bring to the table in terms of my goals for after I graduate.

I have saved up enough for the down payment but being in school limits me from building consistent income to qualify for a loan.

Had they told me months ago, before school started, no issue.  

I am currently 25y/o, for about 3 years, I've lived near my university(UCF) while attending school and paying rent roughly about $950/Monthly.

Being the Capital of Michigan, there's tons of government jobs, two major hospitals, a community college, a law school and it's not far from Michigan State University.

I'm going to be graduating in May 2022, so I really don't real have adequate income to show lenders at the moment.

I see stuff in Howard county for mid 200’s also and it’s a sought after area due to schools. 

Low crime, great schools, and our tenants have been very stable.
