I really do suggest that people try to understand Economics and how Government Policies affect various industries.

they have some nice programs out there for fix and flip loans, if you have at least a 650 credit scorce

If the government decides that whatever money he puts into the deal was gained through illegal activities (e.g. drug dealing, extortion, etc), they can seize those funds - and I guess any assets he acquired through their use.2.

Only good thing about gas is if you are doing a rehab the gas company has/had a program where if you replaced each appliance like stove, dryer and furnace with gas ones they give you big rebates, which made them all basically free.

Does a government shutdown affect getting section 8 payments?
