I was hoping to get some help and insight on different neighborhoods in Akron.

People will rightfully assume that you cannot know as much as an older person, you just cannot have that much experience.The best way to gain people's trust is to do a couple deals and get happy satisfied clients who will use you again and refer you to others ......I don't see a shortcut here.Or else you have to have the deal of the century.   .people will sometimes sacrifice their comfort level when there is money to be made..Good for you though for starting so early, just hang in there and don't give up...

The good news is that once you gain some traction and close a few deals you can hire a VA to help at least make the initial calls and hand off only the sellers interested in an offer

I needed a partner to just hop on the loan, help with interest payments for the duration of the renovation, and then gain some compensation.

Getting into more events is the best way to build a local network and gain a lot of knowledge for low costs.
