the only reason I upgrade more frequently is that my accountant gets annoyed when "compatability" issues arise with his version....and he's my brother who works cheap so I try to keep him happy.  

I know lots of folks from southern NH and MA travel up to that area frequently for ATV and Snowmobile activities.

I'd also read his blog posts frequently. 

American Airlines Flight 11 was one I took frequently to work with our company's rep in LA.

I have a great neighborhood hardware store that I have an account with and use frequently.

If it makes you feel any better - Sewer & Drain backup is probably one of the top 3 most frequent claims made and a surprisingly (to me) large number of people choose not to have it on their policy.

The occasional 1.7% pops up as well, but certainly much less frequently than when I purchased my 4 family back in 2016.
