What's your thought on what the house itself may need to properly support this type of environment? 

In the current competitive environment you will not have time to assemble that team after you find a property.

Negotiations and legal reviews are still a thing and we all swim in the same fish bowl.

I don't want to squeeze liquidity too much in this environment. 

Hi folks,I am looking for a construction loan for what will be our primary residence in greater Miami, FL (we may convert it to an investment property later on down the line but will live in it first) and I'm right now looking at Income Qualifying / W2 loans.The environment seems pretty tight with many banks no longer doing construction loans, but I've gotten a few good offers for interest rates around 3.5-4.7% with no points and minimal fees. 

I think now, with the current uncertain economic environment, it's a great time to make a play for small multifamily.

And like so many, I’ve experienced the challenges of sourcing that next home run deal in such a competitive environment. 

Fishing of course both on the river and Wallowa lake, the Nez Perce center is there, the steepest gondola tram in the USA, tons of hiking and is considered the gateway to Hells Canyon.I don't think there is an issue with having a STR there.

Hi @Scott Dalziel, with the current lending environment, it will be hard to find a lender that can do 80% LTV.I can refer you to one that can do 75%.Feel free to reach out to exchange information.
