I can afford to be lenient, but have only had to file one eviction on my own rentals in the last 15 years so my way has its advantages too.The most dangerous situation I have had was probably where I was painting a house late at nite in summer and stepped outside with the lights off to avoid bugs while cooling off and I saw a guy crawling out the window of the car of a tenant.
