If you don't know an agent find an investor freindly onw that can put you on an automated daily search for duplexes. 

In our case, we have a 3rd party property manager who helps us find tenants and deals with and communicates with tenants on daily basis, so really they should be called tenant assistants.

The rehab took 5 months and I was there working alongside my handyman almost daily.

Although, it probably wouldn’t be beneficial to pay daily Air B&B rates for an extended period of time.Depending on where you are, what kind of mission the base supports, and the type of orders military’s members are typically on you could prob do short term leases and Air B&B in between vacancies.
