I'd prefer to manage a property in Chico, if I had the choice between Chico and Redding, for instance.Another possibility, if we're looking at university towns, would be the Arcata/Eureka area.

Do most renter prefer apartments renting or house renting?

As a matter of fact he has a couple of deals right now that I talked to him about a few days ago.

I need a lot more info to give an informed opinion but…How much do they need monthly, what do they currently net from the rentals and what would they owe in taxes if they sold are a couple key ones.

Took home a couple mil.  

Also this is the first time I heard someone with 1.4 mil House in good neighborhood prefer wholesaling than mls lol :) it is kinda like fishy ;)

The asking price is 77K and a couple different lenders that I have worked with in the past will not lend that loan.Looking for lending options.

I actually prefer regulations over not knowing what’s going to happen and risking being shut down entirely.
