I manage retail strip centers, our firm owns a couple and we have recently taken on new clients.

Hi,I’m helping a friend who’s visiting  The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center to get treated for cancer. 

It’s not that hotels don’t do a good job in what they do; they do a very good job, and they number of hotels in most major population centers is huge.

I know the CoC ROI in the metrics below is bad, but my approach is centered around two things:1) maximize up-front investment to minimize monthly payment, especially with low chance of refinancing in future due to rising interest rates2) Someone else continuing to pay off the property without me losing money in the process. 

There are some other markets outside of the population centers that are hurting for housing.Lots of great deals coming to our market right now.

While I'm not vegetarian or vegan myself, I do center my diet largely around fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes.

I am moving my existing business into a new strip center. 

Even with the huge (and in my mind, permanent) rent increases, still very hard to get even 2-4 unit properties to cash flow anywhere close to the city center here in Austin.
