This apartment is brand new, I was made aware of an issue, and am taking care of it immediately (even though I find it hard to believe there is anything wrong given I was denied access to the apartment and the boiler was on downstairs).

I am a brand new investor about to do my first flip, and have little I can spend on the project, so I'm looking to borrow the full sales price (I believe this is possible?). 

The problem with that is that without setting up the hosting, branding, owning your own domain name, etc., it can tend to hurt your credibility more than help. 

I can see having difficulty as a brand new LLC but if you have good credit and your debt to income is low to moderate and you are currently employed I don't see why you are having trouble. 

I'm brand new to world of real estate but I'm very excited to get started.  

About 6-8 months later I saw the same house with fresh interior paint online.

Currently I am brand new and will end up asking silly and idiotic questions.

Now though, you can have a house that looks totally updated, has a fantastic new kitchen with granite, has a brand-new bathroom, has new hardwood floors and high grade trim, and the buyers will jump all over itThen along comes the so-called experts, with their 1972 pocket protectors and arrogant egos, and tell you that none of that has anything to do with value.

I am brand new to REI investment and my first thought was to look at the Springs as you know Denver Metro is bananas.

They put zero effort into branding themselves as a professional agent and every person who sees it will think the same thing.
