I'm hiring another person next month to help manage all my performing notes, basic admin tasks, and reporting. 

Some even task you will calling all your credit cards and asking for a higher limit so you can pay them more money at your credit card interest rate. 

This includes breaking down the long term goals into annual goals, and further into quarterly goals, and eventually into weekly tasks to ensure we are always moving the needle in our business and at each park. 

Though this appears on my cons list, in the end it’s probably a pro in my pursuit of independence through dependence :) - Anti-simplicity — if I can buy anywhere, then I have limitless options and it turns into a situation prone to analysis paralysis.  

You get one...you HAVE to look and then something else catches your attention and it’s 20-30 min before you’re back on task.

Don't shortcut this task. 

Curious if everyone actually keeps track of the time spent on landlord tasks?

Within a couple months of buying the property, we were working on our list of needed rehab tasks to make it livable then I received 5 pages of violations from the city.

You can tighten cabinet hinge screws or a sink feed, remove a broken off light bulb, saw off a troublesome small branch, or any number of small tasks without going further than your belt.

I'm not anti CPA's and don't think they're evil.
