I just passed my national and state test yesterday.

The only reason the the Mitsubishi and Fujitsu units claim to be efficient only down to -13 (Well, Fujitsu says -15 but they use the same standard test which measures down to -13...) is because the lowest test standard is -13F, in the real world they produce great heat at the absolute lowest temperatures Maine can ever experience.

Further agent undergo a test and earn a license which requires them to adhere to legal paremeters.

It seems that I get more action from Padmapper and Zillow than Craigslist these days, and those sites usually often have non-active data (recently rented places no longer available) you can add settings for. 

You're not likely to get any tax returns, or other personal financial data from the seller without a contract, certainly not without showing the ability to actually buy.

Now I don't know how much to depend and trust on Trulia data..I don't live in Houston - yet - so haven't really checked those neighborhoods out yet, maybe som of the Houston residents know better?

I use craigslist and city data as a baseline but want to make sure i'm not missing out any great resources.
