Electronic methods are not necessarily embraced by all tenants, especially older tenants, and with a larger number of tenants consistency simplifies the banking and book keeping.I never have a late payment from any tenant. 

Just remember to not become complacent and fall in love with the consistent high paying salary, remind yourself daily this is a temporary step to your ultimate goal of being a full time entrepreneur/real estate investor...

@Louis Trinca yeah I am just saying that when starting out usually your number one goal should be generating leads to build up a consistent pipeline of potential deals.

I've noticed throughout all three builds that there isn't really a streamline or consistent method of communication between the contractor and subs.
