If you do not want to spend the time learning about stock market investing (I don't blame you), you can still do as good a job as the "advisors" with some broad-based ETFs, which can charge less than .5%.

A good lock-box, perhaps with internet connectivity / a slick app to check on who is coming in/out.

Simply targeting an area by county such as Gwinnett is too broad.

I choose engineers and geeks.. the just wanted the best Internet and they were shut-ins.Take the time to study the market you want to invest In when you get out.. it sucks trying to decide wether to sell at a loss and move home or stay away from family even when your out.
