I have gotten all the BP books on these topics in order to find/develop a niche to become an expert in in an effort to spend this year before law school on something productive that could help me expedite my freedom. outside of the BP books are there other authors, YouTubers, etc I should look into regarding any of these strategies?

The IRA owns the LLC, but you can be the non-owner manager of the LLC and have signing authority.

Aloha,You state that you built on common area...the neighboring owner has no authority to give you permission to do so, and you have no authority to build there, if, as you state it actually IS common area.

It is not that hard to do - HomeDepot lets you put an authorized card on file and contractors can call you to confirm that things are being purchased.

You have to be able to prove who owns the LLC and you have the authority to sign for the entity etc.

I think that is reasonable, they did get back to me however they said they cannot provide receipts from housing authorities as they do not send them to owners as it would be very difficult of a process; I am taking that at face value.
