How do I go about finding a good equity partner for a land deal in the North Carolina area??? 

I'm north of you up in Venice.I've always bought out-of-state and happy to share resources/turnkey companies, etc. anytime.

Now, if we do it again and again, we will need to 1099 the contractors, since we will be looked at by the IRS as an actual business........Regular home owners who hire contractors to work at their home, doing home improvements, do not need to 1099 them at all in North Carolina where we live.Thanks!

I too am a new investor in the Raleigh North Carolina area.

Does anyone know of any lenders in North Carolina  that can work with just 1 years' federal tax returns for self employed? 

Strikes me as a little odd that they would call out the appliance and not just say 'north kitchen outlets' for instance like the breaker above.

Then there is North Title, who is very investor savvy and friendly, and does stuff like this all day long.  

I am curious how are you guys ROIs and CCR numbers looking.It doesnt matter if its on the North, South or West side and their suburbs.
