There’s a few pockets of these Brokers in every city.I can’t stress enough about finding the right broker.

Like @Brenden Mitchum mentioned this happens ALL the time but I would like to stress not getting discouraged.

So you just have to stress test your portfolio.

The first would be to find one of those stressed out and stretched individuals who are worried about near term and would be willing to sell you the property on a contingency for you to get your old property closed. 

You may not be open to the stresses that come from not knowing if you're going to find a good enough replacement property in a 1031, or worse, knowing that you're settling on a bad deal because you're running out of time.2.

I've been doing some research and seem to be struggling with the profit that can be generated, it just doesn't seem worth the stress for 1 property.

We had to provide proof of police presence, negotiate a refund (in hindsight we probably could have refunded half, but we thought it was better for them to think that they won rather than stressing over another night of this.

Buying a home is stressful enough.  

I would not lose sleep over it because it is not worth your health to stress out over some sticks and bricks.

These audits are time consuming and very stressful.
