Look at the zoning and make sure your zoning is LR1, LR2 or LR3.In Ballard, you need to know how far you are from public transportation (better to be 1/4 or less away) as this will affect your parking requirements and FAR.

I usually put out bandit signs within a mile radius of the property and near all Lowes home Depot locations.If possible get with a realtor and find out who the cash buyers were who bought properties in that particular zip code within the last 6-9 months and send then a post card or try and contact then by phone.

If you work with the contractor desks at both Home Depot or even Menards (not sure you have Menards), but they have tons of catalogs, you can order and have it dropped directly at the job site.Most have contractor credit cards, that give you a % rebate of your purchase.
