I have had the experience where an older home was compared to a newer home (50 years difference) and I know an agent can not see inside but when the house down the street sell for a high number why did is sell for that?

Word on the street is they are starting to gentrify places in Maryland to accommodate for more DC folk who can't afford the hefty pricetag.

We also learned he got himself an unauthorized roommate; some big guy who made his living selling drugs out of my house.  

I dont know where the lot is situated on the street but if it is a corner lot you could market as a lot for a duplex (this is only the case for corner lots).
