Goal setting is not something you should wait until the end of each year to do, but if you have been busy and maybe haven't been able to get around to either brushing off your old goals, validating your existing goals, or creating your new goals, now is the time to do it for 2025.

If so it might be hard to sell the management side of the business as the the real estate sales may be also under the same company structure.

That will dramatically change the nature of the wholesaling business with the legal compliance factor that agents need to comply with.

I would think that local chapters of builder's associations would be a good spot as well.

The whole "art" of being a syndicator is the ability to raise capital.
