Providing fixed costs, factory monitored conditions/precision and rapid timelines (as short as 2 months for a full 4 unit apartment to be delivered and rentable to our site), we are strong believers that modular is the future of real estate.

To start, I would try to pinpoint what area of RE investing you'd like to focus on.

Once the foreclosure process has started, you can only get the train back on the tracks if you can pay off their loan and liens, which someone probably would have done earlier on a short sale if the upset value wasn't too high.

A lot of variables with this, but a JV agreement and/or operating agreement to start.

Unless you find a properly zoned property, it is no go.Just start looking in places that STRs are allowed rather than try and swim upstream.

We lived in it as a single family residence and over the years of things that looked like they had been renovated started failing… we realized the owner before seemed to have a slap it together cheaply himself mentality.

You've been living there for 15 years, and some new rich landlord buys the place and starts raising rents.You need to go on a per unit basis, and address any issues that need repair.

The lot would be great for a condominium but I don't know where to start looking for a multi unit / commercial builder.
